  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package.

  Quality Check & Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
